Due to Covid19, Central Coast Tenants’ Advice and Advocacy Service has changed its service provision.  From 23 March ’20 staff will be working remotely.  Calls to the Service will be returned within an estimated 48 hours.  (Please allow for delays due to increased traffic). Our preference is for clients to email us at enquiries@cctaas.com.au. However if this is not possible please leave a message on 4353 5515 and an advocate will return your call.  Until further notice we are unable to provide any face to face interviews or attend the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. We are still available to assist with advice on upcoming Tribunal matters.  We are awaiting further information from NCAT as to the opportunity for telephone hearings.
